Our mission

Every family is carrying something.

RiseHearth exists to help you carry it. We build private, family-first software for two of the hardest and least-supported jobs there are: helping a child learn in their own way, and caring for an aging or disabled loved one at home. Two products, one belief, one company.

The promise

Put a patient, capable hand within reach of every family doing the quiet, relentless work of caring for someone they love.

Families in the middle hold up whole worlds with almost no support. A parent coaching a kid through a plan the school agreed to. An adult child keeping a parent safe at home. RiseHearth will not replace the people doing that work, and would never try. It carries the logistics, shares the load, and hands the family back a little calm.

Why we exist

The help arrives everywhere but home.

There is real support at the school and at the clinic. Then everyone goes home, and the hardest hours begin with no one in the room. The homework that will not click at 7pm. The medications and the meals and the quiet worry about a parent who lives alone. That gap, the one that opens the moment the family is on its own, is the whole reason RiseHearth is here.

What we believe

Five commitments we build against.

01

Family first, always

The person doing the caring is the point, not a metric. Every feature earns its place by making a real day lighter.

02

Private by design

Private-pay so we answer to your family, not a program or a payer. Your data is yours, held close, and never sold.

03

Meet people where they are

The software bends to the child, the loved one, and the day. Never the other way around, and never a lecture.

04

Dignity in every detail

For a kid who feels behind or a parent losing a little independence, tone matters as much as any feature. We sweat it.

05

Two products, on purpose

Learn and Care stand on their own, built and priced for two different families, so each one gets exactly what it needs.

From the founder

RiseHearth started with a simple, stubborn frustration. As a parent, I watched families I love get handed a plan for their child, or a diagnosis for a parent, and then get left to figure out the rest on their own, at the kitchen table, late at night.

The tools that exist are built for institutions. The families are an afterthought. I wanted to build the opposite: something calm, private, and genuinely helpful, that treats the people doing the caring like the heroes they are. Learn comes first. Care follows. Both are built to earn a family's trust and keep it.

This is a long-haul commitment, not a launch. Thank you for being early.
