Is this covered by insurance or Medicaid?
No, and that is on purpose. RiseHearth is private-pay, so it answers to your family instead of a program, and there are no eligibility hoops or waiver paperwork to get started.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month to month. If you choose annual, you can cancel and keep access through the term you paid for.
Is my child's information safe?
Accounts are parent-held, every coaching session runs with guardrails, and we never sell your family's data. Privacy for kids is a first principle, not a setting.
Do I need both Learn and Care?
Almost never. They are separate products for separate seasons of life. Most families use one, and pay for only that one.
When is Care available?
